WOT’S UR BEEF?

Long Horn Beef

A traditional English Breed, noted by the long rounded horns. This Beef is fully flavoured raised on pasture and corn ration. The meat is marbled to give great flavour.

Aberdeen Angus

Origin of Scotland, the short black legged Beef breed delivers all you need for the perfect Steak. Great texture, flavour and eatability. A closer grained meat than most.

Charolais

Origin of France, came over in the 60's. A great beef breed with a more open grain. The breed is generally crossed. Mostly grain fed with some grass, giving a good flavour and texture.

Limousine

Origin of France but established as the main beef breed in the UK. Fed generally on a corn diet, delivering tenderness and flavour.

Hereford

A traditional old English breed with the red and white curled coat. Good fat covering which gives the beef great flavour and soft texture.

Blonde D’Aquitaine

A slower growing continental breed giving a leaner meat being corn fed. A super tender piece of beef.

British Belgium Blue

Developed from the Belgium herds, fed and finished on grain. This large breed gives a perfect succulent tender steak.
